Roquefort Cheese Burgers
1 pound ground beef (80/20)
3 ounces crumbled roquefort
1 tablespoon of water
Freshly ground pepper and salt
Add cheese, egg and water to ground beef and gently mix by hand. Shape into four patties with a slight indentation in the center. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill or use cast iron pan and cook burgers on high heat. Serve on toasted bun with dijon mustard.
